Terms of Service

Welcome to Hoops On The Go! These Terms of Service govern your use of our basketball net rental services. By renting a basketball net from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Rental Agreement

1.1 Rental Period: Rentals are available on an hourly basis with discounts for longer rental periods. The rental period begins at the scheduled delivery time and ends at the scheduled pickup time.

1.2 Deposit: A refundable deposit fee of $100 is required for each rental. This deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the basketball net in satisfactory condition.

1.3 Delivery and Installation: We provide delivery and installation of the basketball nets for an additional fee, which will be specified during checkout.

2. Booking Process

2.1 Scheduling: All bookings must be made through our website. Customers must select the desired delivery time and pickup time during the booking process.

2.2 Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (rental fee + deposit fee + delivery fee). Once confirmed, changes to the booking can be made according to our Cancellation and Change Policy.

3. Cancellation and Change Policy

3.1 Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.2 Changes: Changes to the booking (date, time, etc.) are subject to availability and must be made 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time.

4. Care of Equipment

4.1 Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented basketball net during the rental period.

4.2 Damage or Loss: The customer is liable for any damage to or loss of the basketball net during the rental period. The deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs, as determined by Hoops On The Go Inc.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation: Hoops On The Go Inc. is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our basketball nets, including during delivery and installation.

5.2 Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hoops On The Go Inc. against any claims arising from their use of our basketball nets.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

6.2 Changes to Terms: Hoops On The Go Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
